My husband and I used to come here, they used to have pretty dancers and staff. The guy at the front door last night was very unprofessional with my husband when the door girl was super kind. What is the point to hire a security guard who’s 21 years old just because of his size? As a first impression to entering a business he set the mood. He acted like the front door girl was not of any existence. As we pay and proceed to the lounge, we say hi to a bartender we know but she ignored us by screaming in Spanish to a quiet barback. After that I decided the back bar was a better choice. No angry bartenders screaming. Now these ladies were nice I do not recognize them so I assume they are new. Being new is ok but when we ask for a food menu it would be nice to receive one. The one bartender was too busy hanging out with her friends that appear to be regulars. She passed us a menu with no eye contact and one side didn’t light up. Couldn’t get her attention so when she did come around we ordered one round of drinks and left. If you cannot get us a menu or greet us properly when we arrive and sit down. I can only imagine if we would ever receive food. One star removed for poor treatment when we entered after paying a valet guy. One star taken for watching staff yell at staff. One star taken for how we were treated at the other bar over a dinner menu. One star taken for when we exit the host and security did not say thanks for coming, they just were inside there phones laughing at videos. This is a very unprofessional place. The one star they received is for the lighting and sound. If the club had better leadership and set their staff up for success it would not become a failure. Sad that we have to now go to another location until this one is fixed. Must be new management since I do not recognize anyone but the rude bartender. She was always yelling at everyone anyways. Lets say this will be a rotten experience if you give the bartender or anyone in that establishment your card. I went there to unwind and I had a few hundred dollars in my pocket for the girls but I for the drinks I made a tab and after two Heineken and two whiskeys or 34 dollars and I closed my tab and signed it. Later that evening I saw they double charged it and I called my credit card and made a dispute for a similar transaction for 33 dollars .

Update

When I had made the transaction it showed up as scores but now that it has settled it changed to Palm Springs grill llc. The payment i payed for to the bartender Bobby at 10:37 pm 1/30/2019 was for 34 and he made a second payment for 33 that I didn’t make.

Unless you want a similar experience stay away from using any credit card or they will fraudalaunt charge you and sign the receipt for you.

the bank said they wont give back the money bec they said that it was signed

To the Owners: once I get the receipts from my bank I am going to do everything in my power to sue you. We shall see that the 33 dollors wasn't worth it. From a lawyer and the BBB you will be hearing from me

DONT BUY ANYTHING WITH A CREDIT CARD. THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE...

Was in the area working and got hungry, not even realizing this was a adult establishment. Had I know prior I would not have gone because I don't drink alcohol and I'm not into strippers.

The burger I got here was absolutely stupendous. Blows Duffys and other burgers out of the water by far for a burger. Fries were crispy and the wait wasn't long. Upon informing the waitress that I don't consume alcohol she said not to worry about the 2 drink minimum. I obviously left her a tip equalivent to the price for the meal.She kept my soda filled, without me even asking. She knocked my socks off eith just the level of customer service I received here.

The dancers are very good looking. I had a great time talking with one. Forget her name, it's not ever the real one anyways but she was able to hold a conversation and that's a major plus to have a friendly staff and didn't expect a dollar and was not overbearing and trying to convince me to do things like this woman who looked like she came from the eastern side of the world.
