If I could give no stars I would!! Been going to this John smiths for a hot min now, but tonight 12/27/23 I ordered my subs (2 Ham subs) the girl who took my order very nice, but it was when o got home that I just felt like it was a hard try, like really I was so upset that I went back to try to see if they could fix me another one or get my money back (it depended on the vibe of the person who came to the window) mind you it was almost a $28 order
Pulled up to the window the girl came to the window I opened up the sub (the ham sub with three thin thin slices of meat on each sub) and I asked her in a joking and not hostile voice “ can u tell me what this is, like where is the meat” (with a smile on my face) she said give her a Second so then this guy comes to the window and I’m showing him the sub and he asked me what the problem was and I said where is the meat like I got all the way home got real comfortable to open up my sub with a few slices of meat on it. Majority of the time when I come to John Smith subs The meat falling off of it, but for some reason they were playing so much today forgot to add the meat to my sub so instead of him saying to me, I’m sorry about that. Would you like for me to make you another sub? He’s just like nonchalant and making me upset with every word that came out of his mouth, he closed the sliding glass door while I was still talking. He’s going to tell me that I’m being hostile with him after the fact of him giving me my money back and I said to him if you would have said, would you like for me to make you another sub I would’ve been OK with that before you to come up here with an attitude like you didn’t really care then he goes to tell me that he didn’t make the sub which I know that was a lie because he was the only one back there two girls were cleaning, and one was taking my order , then after all that he was like what would you like for me to make you another sub and I told him if he would have led with that it wouldn’t have gotten this far and then he closed the door in my face like what kind of business are you running , or are you new here? If you don’t wanna do your job then find something else to do. I get off my eight hour shift to go to John Smith to get a sub for my dinner tonight to watch with my movie and everything was ruined all because somebody didn’t want to work tonight , I really wish I could’ve took a picture of it before I gave it back to them but yeah I’m so upset and I really think that I’m gonna take my business elsewhere because that...

From the moment I walked in, Megan greeted me immediately and was super professional, respectful, and polite. I really appreciated not feeling rushed at all, especially since it was my first time there. Megan took the time to explain the menu and answer all my questions, making it the best first experience I’ve had at any business ever.
Customer Service: The staff at Jon Smith Subs, especially Megan, are fantastic! Megan’s friendliness and eagerness to help set the tone for the entire visit. The service was quick and efficient, but they still took the time to make sure my order was perfect.
Food Quality: The subs here are out of this world! I tried the steak and cheese sub, and it was nothing short of amazing. Read moreThis locations customer service SUCKS! They get your order wrong and will only replace it the same evening regardless of their rude, uneducated employees speaking inappropriately in reference to the order while the customer is listening.
If your going to eat here, make sure you eat in so you can be certain to get what you paid for. I live 30 min from the location & they wanted me to return the same day or they wouldn’t give me a credit. Whether or not the employee thought it was “perfect” it wasn’t the way I ordered it & I paid for it not them therefore, it WASNT perfect!!
