Subway — Restaurant in Palmer

Extremely poor customer service- woman waiting on me had an attitude when I asked if my cookies had been added to my bag ( I hadn’t seen her add them), and she rudely assured me they were. After getting to my destination and emptying the bag, I found there were no cookies. At this point I simply would have just let it go if it weren’t for the fact of the nasty attitude I got in the first place. Upon calling about it we were told that the cookies WERE in the bag…. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years, and would NEVER talk to a customer like she did. I’m hoping she’s not the manager because someone needs to retrain her on...

I don’t mind banter while you’re working but the girl working would not stop talking while butchering our sandwiches and was touching her phone with her gloves on 🤢 and she proceeded to make us the sloppiest nastiest put together sandwich we have ever gotten. She didn’t push the ingredients in at all poured dressing all over the sandwich and openly wrapped it so by the time we got home the whole sandwich was one big sloppy disgusting mess. The food didn’t seem very fresh and I ended up throwing away my sandwich after a couple bites. There goes almost 30 dollars for two...

Used to have a cool dude who worked here but unfortunately he got fired for theft. There was another sweet guy who worked here but I haven't seen him in a while either. Other than that, the workers here are rude as heck and there's always only one of them during rushes. To which I give credit where credit is due, but fix those attitudes! I worked food service too, I get it, but that doesn't excuse being rude to customers. I ain't ever coming back to this one until they get a new staff. I will gladly drive to Wilbraham or Ware for...
