Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Palmetto

I don't go to Little Caesars very often, but I do love the pretzel crust pizza and for the most part, I get it once every time that it comes out. We went to this Palmetto branch and we had an offer for FREE Crazy Bread with any purchase. We had never used a promo coupon here and didn't quite know how it worked. Abigail waited on us, we showed her the promo on our phone and she said that we had to order on the app. Of course I didn't have the app or an account with them. I quickly downloaded the app and formed an account then tried to order the pizza with the coupon. Before I placed the order, I checked and the Crazy Bread was automatically entered into the cart, but not the FREE price. I asked Abigail why and she took the time to show me what I needed to add. She was extremely busy, taking, making, and handing out orders, but she took the time to help us get what we needed. The most amazing thing about her, is that she said that others have had trouble with this certain promotion, but she still helped us out, and did it all with a wonderful demeanor. I thanked her for her patience in helping us. Many workers do not want to spend a little time to help when they have other responsibilities to attend to, and in today's world they crack under the pressure, and lose their cool. Abigail did not. Even though I thanked her in person, I wanted to thank her again with a review. This is the 1st time that we have been to any Little Caesars in 4 years, I highly recommend checking...

Just went in for the first time at this Little Caesars after picking up my 5 year old from camp so we could watch a movie. Ordered hot and ready cheese, Buffalo wing crazy bread and soda and asked for 2 extra marinara sauces as well. I saw the cashier put 2 marinara only on the counter and asked if the crazy bread already came with one because I thought it did but still wanted 2 more. Another girl named Shaunna comes over and says she is in training and you are so rude and don't have to yell. I was taken back because I just got over the flu and literally have no voice at all and am struggling to even talk. I mentioned I'm sorry if you feel I'm being rude but you can obviously tell I have no voice and I would never be upset over a pizza sauce. She said see even the way you are talking now! I immediately asked for a refund and had her threaten me with calling the police. Bizarre and confusing is the only way I could describe this 3 minute encounter. She even refused to give me her name because I told her I wanted to complain about her and make sure it wasn't the trainee on the receipt who was very nice. 1st and last time in 3 minutes....

It was a pack I'll give them that but that's a good opportunity to show right. There was a lady who's order was skipped twice of me being there until they realized. She still had to wait on the managers even after to fix the issue. Another lady had half her order and was just waiting on crazy bread but instead they remade her entire order and I'm assuming it was wrong because she left with one pizza and one crazy bread combo when they were about to give her two of each. A man was waiting for his order and was called up by the girl cutting the pizza, who was trying her best to get the orders out, but the cashier was too busy with the first lady mentioned that he just waited for his order that just needed to be handed to him but he was too introverted that he didn't say anything until I did when I received my order. The whole ordeal was disorganized with the manager just putting pepperoni on the pizza and placing them on the oven. 2 stars because my order can fast but I was not satisfied with...
