This location is trash. Not family friendly and customer service doesn't exist. Went to order about $40 of food. The man proceeds to tell me each individual item for the combos I wanted would be upcharged due to this location being out of their main ingredients. So I change items, he says those as well. To get to the point I then ask what is actually on the menu I can get without being upcharged, and he said burritos. Neither me or my children wanted burritos. So I asked again to clarify the issue to make sure I was understanding this bizarre situation I wasn't expecting, this man begins to SCREAM at me, in front of my children ( and toddler) in the drive thru over how he doesn't control everything he just works there. And how it's the damn cheese!! (In regards to that last item i asked for) what items have what cheeses and how he doesn't give a damn I can get the burrito or pay the upcharge. And let me tell you. I took my business and money to the ELLENTON location, where not only did they have all essential ingredients but they also didn't scream at me and my children over my lack of cheese knowledge 🙃. The Ellenton location not only was smiling but the lady kept calling me love, and told me to have a great night! - I get this is taco bell, not chik fil a. But no one and their children should have to worry about a grown man screaming at them when getting fast food, nothing will ever make that experience acceptable.
Also, it's okay to run out of ingredients it happens, but screaming at your customers over it while trying to upcharge every individual item in multiple...
Read moreI ordered a chicken, cheese and sour cream only chalupa a large sweet tea and an order of cinnamon twist cost me $11 @ the drive thru window after payment I received a sweet tea that was so horrible I had ask them to switch it out for a soda which I particularly don't care for nor rarely ever drink but ok no problem, as I pulled away from the window and started driving away I started to pull out my chalupa to prepare for eating discovered that I had received one little tiny cinnamon ball thing in a bag instead of the cinnamon twist so I had to drive back to receive my twist after that process I am now able to start diving in to my chalupa and hoping to enjoy it well guess what nope couldn't enjoy the chalupa shell was old stail and hard hard chicken a bit on the dry side and no sour cream on this chalupa at all no where. Leaving me driving on my way to work having nothing to eat except for a tiny bag of cinnamon twist after having just spent $11 on basically just a nasty ass taco and a nasty ass drink . Craziness Sad thing is is that now a days this type of service happens all day ever day and every where you go and then the even sadder part of all of that is the fact that us all as Americans are also now paying so so much more for everything to only...
Read moreMy main complaint is this location and one’s close by have only had the drive thru open since the start of the pandemic, almost 3 years. It’s in Florida where everything has been opened since 2 months into it. It’s like they figured out they could save $$ by paying less staff so they only service the drive thru. When it gets busy the line is around the building and most people just leave. The food and service is like most Taco Bell’s which means it’s not worth waiting more than a few minutes for. We end up going across the street to McDonalds that has inside, drive thru and curbside pick up and has the entire time Taco Bell has not. Get with it Taco Bell! If you are not going to open the inside for orders atleast do curbside delivery or put more staff on the drive thru like EVERY OTHER fast food place in the area does. I don’t see how these locations can survive much longer and they could if they would follow other comparible chains examples. Look across...
