Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Palmetto

Worst Baskin Robbins ever. Half the ice cream flavors were out of stock, including basics like chocolate and vanilla. Also the milkshake machine was broken. They originally said they were out of waffle cones but then found one - when we got it it was completely stale. Originally she said they were out of mint but then they had it in the back she would just have to go get it which clearly was not her prerogative. Is this not your job? After paying for two mints and saying they had it in the back, they only brought us one. When we asked about the other one they said they gave us the last one and declined to give us our last scoop (which we paid for) when we asked. I have been going to this specific store about once a week and sometimes twice for the past 3 months and it keeps getting worse and worse. Several times at night nobody can make ice cream items. They say "the person who makes all of it leaves at 8:00 pm", maybe a shake can be made but it's hardly ever the quality it needs to be that Baskin Robbins is know for or was known for. The day shift hardly ever helps you in a timely fashion and usually the workers have their kids their in the back which I don't get. Your their to work and not baby sit.. Confused/concerned about my visit. I went to the drive thru for two sundaes. I was told it was too hard to serve ice cream at the window and to come in. I just wanted a hot fudge/marshmallow sundae and a strawberry sundae. I had my 1yr son in the car and it's not easy taking him in and out, carrying him and the order. If that's the truth then What's the point of a drive thru? This situation left me with a very negative view that makes me not want to support their company with my hard earned money, which keeps me from taking my son there for a special treat.
