Fabio and Joe's — Restaurant in Palmyra

As of today , 9/12/19, this is what took place: we called our order in at 6:20 and was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. We actually were 5 minutes late picking up our order and when we went in, we were told that our order wasn’t ready and they actually just started making it. When they gave us our order we checked it and it wasn’t at all what we ordered. When we took it back in, the woman behind the counter gave us an attitude and said;” we are busy, do you see these tickets”? The husband then questioned what the problem was and after explaining that not only was our order not ready when we were told it would be, they only began making it at that time and it was not even correct once they gave it to us. He said, and I quote “ fine, don’t come back then”. We paid full price for sandwiches that were basically all bread. I would highly recommend either Bartolo’s or A&M because at least you get an actual sandwich and great customer service..,, these business owners have ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service and exhibit such poor standards in front of their child that they bring to their pizza shop. I am here for military maneuvers at Indian Town Gap, and I wanted pizza. This was the best choice I could have made. Small 3 table place, pizza was amazing. They do sell it by the slice but I'm telling you it's worth getting a whole pie. I got the meat lovers and it's got perfect level of topping to cheese ratio. The sauce is made in house the crust is cooked evenly, not soggy in the middle, and not over cooked but got substance to it. I can't speak on their other offerings but if you're in the mood for a pie and you're in town. This IS the place to go. Thank you to the cooks friendly and service was amazing. If I'm ever back here on maneuvers I will ensure a visit here no matter what.

I have returned from last year and I was looking forward to eating here the entire time. And here I am first night back in town and I am here. Food is still as amazing as I remembered from last year. I have tried other offerings than just the pizza and I can say I have never had a bad meal here. MUST STOP if you are in the mood for Italian...

I had the meatlovers 16 inch pizza today. Everyone was so polite to me when I walked in and asked about ordering. I asked to look at the menu and then decided on the pizza. The cook even checked on me to see which order was mine that I'm waiting on since so many new orders were coming through. I like that he did this, so that my pizza wouldn't get lost in the que. I are some there and he gave me a box to take home the rest. Mom enjoyed it also when I brought the leftovers to her. I have a bad wrist so another worker was nice and helped me close the pizza box so the pizza didn't fall out. Everyone was just so welcoming and nice, and it was a wonderful experience.
