Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Palo Cedro

Edit: Within a day of posting this review and posting it to the DutchBros support page, my account in the app was credited two free medium drinks, so now I'm overall a satisfied customer and I appreciate the quick response from support!

I usually love DB but this one is no bueno. Their freezes are always too liquid.. I guess because the machine is not ever cold enough and the freezes I get aren't here anything close to frozen like they are at other locations. Today they had just cleaned the freeze machine (at like 11:30am for some reason) when I pulled up and the broista was nice enough to try to make my blended freeze from scratch, but it just was not the same and tasted really bitter and gross. I ended up pouring it down the sink after a couple of sips and feeling very disappointed that I wasted my money.

I will say the staff at this location are very nice! Usually they are on top of things and remember my order before I even ask because I live right down the street and I usually come here a few times a week. But idk today really was a let down. I'll likely be driving the extra 10 mins to DB in Redding for a better cup of...

It's been getting worse over that past year. Girls with nasty fingernails running their fingers through hair then making drinks, touching tips of straws, wiping hands on clothing, scratching makeup coated faces. caring about how good they look over getting your drink right.. also too many hipster dudes period... bro beards and tattoos are not supposed to be making drinks.. I feel like I'm going through a prisoner drink line...

We usually spend $200 or more per month, but not anymore. I went out to Anderson and got a wrong order, then took it back and they argued with me over it, then went into Palo Cedro and they have gotten the same order wrong 2 more times.. It is also rediculious when waiting in line, then 20 people walk up to the window. They do not take drink orders in order, so I was in a 4 car line for 30 minutes.. tired of wasting my money.. these companies will only comply when you stop...

The employees at Dutch Brothers are always energetic, upbeat, and helpful. The coffee however is weak and in my opinion tasteless; and I always order a triple shot latte in a medium cup. I have never truly been satisfied with a Dutch Brothers latte which tastes mostly like sweet warm milk devoid of coffee flavor. The 3 stars are for Dutch Brothers fantastic staff and quick convenient drive through format. Please consider switching to more robust and flavorful coffee beans.Become a 5 star...
