This shop is such a sweet gem. I had the BEST cappuccino in Redding here. The owner was so kind and hospitable with my son and then again when I brought my daughter and her friends in. They have gluten free and clean baked goods without the garbage ingredients. The shop is small and quaint. It has a good amount of seating for the size shop. I love the couches. I think once the word gets out about this new spot they will need a bigger storefront. They use a local coffee roaster from Palo Cedro. The coffee is strong but ISN'T bitter or oily. I stumbled upon this pastry shop right next to Holiday and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of pastries. Vegetarian options too! I got Ham and Cheese pastry which was SO delicious. I learned that it was 36 layers of butter and dough that gave its crunch. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!! It’s a family run business and the owners are intentional about what goes in their food, conscious about environment, super friendly & fun to talk to!
