   Read moreThis used to be my favorite Dunkin. I would go out of my way to go here because the drinks were consistently great. Well, I have no idea what happened, but the last couple times have been terrible. The last straw was yesterday, 10/22/22. I’m not exaggerating when I say I spent almost 45 minutes in this drive thru. 15-20min just to order, and another 20min just to get the food and coffee. Once you get to the window, there’s no way to get out of line. You’re stuck for however long it takes. I’m a caregiver, my wife is disabled. I don’t have that much time to throw away trapped in a drive thru! To add insult to injury, when I finally got my food order it was wrong and undercooked. My cold brew tasted terrible, so I asked them to remake it since I was still waiting on food. The new one was undrinkable. There was an aftertaste that burned my nose I can only describe as “chemicals” or “actual acid.” I will never visit this location again, and I may just be done with Dunkin altogether after this.    Read moreI am at Dunkin everyday as I’m helping my friend out for Ramadan My order is messed up almost everyday and today I got a large iced cold foam choc caramel 5 pumps 8cream 8sugar and she made it incorrectly 4 times and she told me the 5th time their going to charge me again because she tried to say I said it incorrectly, because their was 5 people inside and she was flustered and tried to pass it to me that I need to understand how to order it. Now I’m not saying she made my coffees everyday because she didn’t, maybe it’s a short staff issue, idk. I will not be coming back even though she said that is fine which is funny because as I recall, she doesn’t own Dunkin, so sending money away from the business doesn’t impact her, it impacts the owner. I am always friendly with staff, today I was there for over 20 minutes late to work and just told her give me a refund I won’t be returning, get it together.
