Roberts Roadhouse — Restaurant in Palos Township

Very first time I was there I had a hundred dollar bill stolen off the bar... There was no more then 10 people in the bar at the time this all happened and 2 or 3 of them were off duty cops. Hickory Hills police was called and I filed a report. Supposedly they are going to be reviewing the camera's. Hopefully they will catch the guy or girl that stole from me! And I hope I get my hundred dollars back! Really sucks because I had a good time there with a friend. Real laid back place, at least on a week night and the Bartender was cool. They claim they have great camera's and we were sitting right under a camera so there should be no question when the tape is played back. I hope the owner see's this review and tries to contact me because I would like to talk to him. If he was a good businessman he would replace what was taken from me because I know it's on camera me putting the hundred on the bar and there should be the same for the low life that stole it! I'd really like to change this review to 5 stars. Like I said, I had a good time at the place and would like to go back. Great time till right before closing time and my money is gone all of a sudden. Watch your money if...

The very first time my husband and I walked in we were welcomed as we were closing the door. Good morning, would you like breakfast? What can I get you? The man was happy and full of smiles. It was only 8:30 in the morning and he was so happy! There was a soccer game going on at the time. It was a little loud but can you believe all the fans turned and said hi? I am not a drinker, we went in to play on their machines. We found ourselves cheering for the game and laughing with the crowd. I lost on the machine but we left there...

Cool bar. They have slot machines, bathrooms at both end of the bar, a cute little gazebo outside that's enclosed with a TV that's very nice. A lot of different drinks and just a nice little atmosphere. The only thing negative was the bartender was hard to trackdown. Either she was outside smoking or in the back talking on the phone. Waiting for her to serve us was a long time. She was nice but not very efficient. But I will say I do...
