Pita Land: A Flavorful Journey through Arabic Cuisine
Prepare to embark on a culinary adventure like no other at Pita Land, where Arabic cuisine shines with rich and diverse flavors. As a delighted patron, I had the pleasure of exploring their menu, which boasts an array of tantalizing dishes:
Hummus: The velvety hummus, a creamy blend of chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic, served alongside warm pita bread, was an irresistible start to our meal.
Falafel: The golden, deep-fried falafel, made from ground chickpeas or fava beans, found its perfect home in a pita filled with a variety of delectable toppings.
Shawarma: Savoring slices of marinated meat, slowly roasted on a vertical spit and tucked inside a comforting wrap of pita bread, was a flavor explosion that left a lasting impression.
Tabbouleh: The refreshing tabbouleh salad, composed of finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, onions, and bulgur, harmoniously dressed with olive oil and lemon juice, offered a burst of freshness.
Kebabs: The skewers of grilled or roasted meat, served with fragrant rice or soft flatbread, accompanied by tantalizing tahini or yogurt-based sauces, showcased the art of grilling.
Moutabbal (Baba Ghanoush): The smoky eggplant dip, skillfully blended with tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil, was a delightful ode to Middle Eastern flavors.
Pita Land's celebration of Arabic cuisine is a sensory journey that blends spices, herbs, and the freshest ingredients into an extraordinary culinary experience. If you're seeking a unique and flavorful adventure for your taste buds, Pita Land is the place to be....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been a customer at Pita Land for quite some time. But very few establishments have the same level of customer service as this one. There are two distinct stories that come to mind. One time, I went with my brother to get some shawarma sandwiches. In those critical moments, my brother started to experience some extreme pain in his sides. We quickly realized that his kidney's were failing. It was the middle of a lunch rush and traffic was heavy. It would have taken too long for an ambulance to arrive. Without batting an eye, the owner comes to us and says "don't worry, my son's in medical school". In those moments, the employees all got together and performed a kidney transplant on one of the tables in the back. The owner gave up his own kidney to save my brother's life and I'm forever grateful. On another occasion, my wife and I had stopped by the establishment for some food. She was 8.5 months pregnant, so she wasn't supposed to leave the house in case she goes into labor. But the craving was there. and happy wife, happy life, right? However, as fate would have it, my wife's water broke and things seemed dire. However, I remembered that the owner's son is in medical school and I knew we were in safe hands. The owner's wife comes out from the back and they handled the delivery of my child. Idk what their son being in medical school has to do with anything, but it seemed to have worked. I named my newborn daughter "khubz", which means bread in Arabic, as a thank you for this. I wasn't offered free shawarma for life, but I'll definitely be coming to this restaurant more in the future. Amazing service. Also the...

Coming home from work I grabbed two shawerma's on my way for my son and told the guy who made them specifically "NO HUMUS NOT ITHANEA MY SON IS ALLERGIC TO IT". He says ok and proceeded to spray this bottle on the sandwich and when I asked him what it was he said garlic sauce. Took it home to my son and he realized it wasn't normal, he still ate half of the first until two seconds later his chest started hurting him. 10 minutes later his throat is closed up and he is swelling up. Called pita land and asked the guy, "my son isn't feeling good are you sure that bottle was garlic sauce" and he said "yes it is". I went to the store after that because my son was throwing up and asked him what was in the bottle, he told me it was tahini sauce... All he told me after that was sorry, that sorry didnt help my sons throat not swell up and make him almost die because he couldnt breathm I come back home and rush my son to the emergency room. He stayed their three days and was in so much pain. Worst resturant ever with workers who can't do their job and take it as a joke. Never...
