Fuegos Restaurant — Restaurant in Pampa

A girl took our order and charged me $52. I just got all of us drinks and 3 cheeseburger meals for my kids. My husband and me didn't even want to eat yet. They are way overpriced. About 10 minutes of waiting another older waitress came out and said hey you were in here two months ago and ate with your husband and did not pay. She said I needed to pay. I told that crazy lady I don't even live here. I haven't ate at that restaurant since like 3 years ago. We always get carry out since I have a baby. We never ate inside there. I will never go back there. I asked to speak to the manager and she said no she can't speak English. It took them 45 minutes. Rude, slow service. Food did not taste good either. It's very TexMex and I love it. They also have some cups/mugs, chips, and some candies from Mexico. I always buy out their Queso chips, because they taste different than the American counterpart, in my opinion. They're used to the townfolk, highly recommend you let them know you need help ordering if you haven't been before. I get their tortas or their brisket burritos. I had to rate the service a little lower. They keep forgetting my drinks and then look at me with the, "why are you still here look?"🤣 They apologize...

Food is decent; but, prices and customer service is the WORST!!! We were charge over $5 for a bean and potato burrito added grilled onions and bell peppers. Lady said because they don't have that item on the menu and had to make it and have to charge for it; and said it's her business and she can charge it. It's not like they don't have the ingredients already. Told her we would not come back! As she went back to the kitchen; she told the staff I didn't want to pay. Lady, I don't mind paying at all.
