Good3 Concepts — Local services in Pampa

story. I came across GOOD3CONCEPTS and decided to drive to Pampa on a hot Friday afternoon. I dropped my phone off, was greeted, and later was returned. I drove to Borger, (another hot thirty min. later) only to discover the whole left side of my phone screen was unresponsive. It continued to be unusable for the entire weekend. 1. Not placing calls 2. Not answering calls. 3. Unable to be used for anything other than a paperweight! Good3 Concepts returned my phone more broken than before!!! After 3 days, I once again made the hellish drive back to GOOD3CONCEPTS . I handed over my phone, and returned later for its retrieval . I was no longer greeted, but was handed my phone, and nothing was said. No apologies for failure In service. My phone wasn’t even returned with its tempered glass screen protector. I asked about its replacement and the lady promptly said I could buy one. When I inquired further, she put the box back on its hook, saying, ‘in fact, you can probably buy one cheaper off of Amazon ’. And that was that. Once again, my phone was returned to me in a lesser condition. Good3concepts failed to return my screen protector that was brand new from the previous visit, or offer a replacement. After speaking on the time and money that had been expended having my phone fixed a second time, the lady rudely retorted, ’ yeah, it’s too bad y’all don’t have a repair shop in Borger!’
