Their drinks are good, I will definitely give them that. Food, completely different story sadly. I've tried 4 times and I just can't. It definitely should not be called Mexican food. When I saw Molcajete on the menu I was so excited. When I got it, I hoped it tasted better than it looked. I took a bite and literally thought they threw meat in some type of Italian red sauce. I was truly disappointed. If you don't know how to make it you shouldn't even have it on your menu. Read moreI’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant in my life. The staff had a nasty, rude attitude and treated us like we didn’t belong there. If you’re not part of their little clique, don’t expect any respect.
As for the food? Trash. Bland, greasy, and definitely not authentic. I’ve had better tacos out of a gas station microwave. The salsa tasted like ketchup, the meat was dry as hell, and don’t even get me started on the beans — they looked and smelled like they were left out all day.
