My husband and I visited this place a few months ago, we were helped by an older woman with gray pigtails and a younger woman with red curly hair, I wish I remembered their names… The younger woman was nice and helpful, but the older woman was an overbearing pushy salesman. I asked if they sold single cans of a particular beer I saw in the fridge, (the prices on the fridge door made it sound like you HAD to buy 4pks) her response was, “You’re better off buying 4 cans because it’s a better deal.” I then responded with, “Okay, but I’m only interested in 1 can, can I buy just 1 can, or does it have to be a 4pk?” Again, she gave me the same exact response. My husband stepped in and said, “I think my wife wants to know if we can buy this 1 individual can instead of committing to multiples, is that possible?” The woman again angrily gave the same answer. It wasn’t until the girl with the red hair stepped in and said, “Yes, that is one of the cans you can buy individually. You don’t need to buy 4.” THANK YOU. Due to the older woman’s responses, we didn’t buy anything to go and have not returned since. Also, her lack of knowledge when it came to the beer on tap was disappointing, she was unable to answer any of our questions (ie. For their smoked beers, did they smoke the malt? Did they add liquid smoke? Etc.) Who knows? Finally, I should mention we stopped by the local Hy-Vee and they had the exact same selection, and single cans were cheaper there than they were at the brewery. Personally, I recommend buying at Hy-Vee. The atmosphere at the brewery is nice (“The Dude” painting is very cool), but not much to...
Read moreThank you Rose!!! We were visiting from out of state when the Storm chases game was postponed. Not knowing where to go or what to do with our family. We asked an usher and he did not know of any suggestions Rose stepped in and saved the day recommending Pint Nine. The bar tender was very helpful in picking out drinks for our whole family of mixed ages. We played some games and then decided to we were hungry. Rose suggested a place that delivered, Pizza West. The pizza and wings were delivered right to us at the brewery and everyone was satisfied. We all enjoyed the beers on tap were consistently top notch with each of their own flavor profiles. The double bock is a must! The atmosphere was laid back with sports on the televisions and plenty of board games to entertain all. They even had great coffee table books that were fun to look at and reminisce about vinyl album covers. Keep up the great works we will be visiting when we meet in Omaha again. Thanks for taking a disappointing night and making it a great memory for our family! Rose is a great representative for not only your brewery but...
Read morePint Nine Brewery is a great local spot with a lot to offer. The space is clean and welcoming, with a laid-back atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy a good beer. There’s plenty of indoor seating and a nice patio area for when the weather’s nice. The staff is friendly and helpful, and service has always been solid on my visits.
The beer selection is excellent, with a wide variety of styles that cater to different tastes — whether you’re into IPAs, lagers, or something a bit more experimental. You can grab a pint, a flight, or even pick up some beer to go, which is a nice bonus if you want to take a few favorites home.
They also have a good selection of merch like shirts, hats, and glassware — all well-designed and reasonably priced. The restrooms are clean, and they often have a food truck parked outside, which makes grabbing a bite easy. If the food truck isn’t your thing, they also allow you to bring in outside food, which adds to the flexibility.
Overall, Pint Nine offers a consistently good experience. Great...
