I've never had a bad experience here before. Maybe the window lady, London? Was having a bad day. Apparently there was a misunderstanding or maybe they overcharged me on purpose. I'm not really sure. What caught me off guard was how she wasn't interested in trying to make it better. But gave me a sad looking caramelicious and she says "It's what you ordered." Even though I just wanted an extra large caramelicious blended, decaf with whipped cream. She charged me extra for the caramel drizzle. It's a caramelicious. It's supposed to have a caramel drizzle. Not an extra charge.

My son and I had the BEST experience this morning after our gym session! I wish I caught the girls name but she was so friendly and genuine especially at 5:45 am!! My 12 year old son even said wow she was so nice mom I hope we get her every time! Thanks for being a great example of how to talk to and treat people it does matter… we wish we got the name of the girl but she’s on 90th and 370 and played college basketball.
