Blvd. Cocktails — Restaurant in Paramount

First time customer,

My work has done business with this bar in the past however I’ve never actually been until recently. The day was Friday of last week and I was heading home after meeting someone in Paramount that day and decided to go inside when I passed by it.

Gotta say, I was amazed how crackin’ the atmosphere was. The game was playing that day and the jukebox playing. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, I like how it was around 12:30am and the bar was open. Most bars close down before that time, especially the one near my house.

I wasn’t able to spend much time, but from I can say is that everyone was polite, especially the bartenders and workers. The bathrooms were clean and the music was amazing, couldn’t ask for more.

Great selection of craft beer, domestic/import. Great mixed drinks and the micheladas are on point, it's my favorite spot for a michelada. Karaoke nights are awesome. There's always a great mixed crowd and I don't feel out of place. I feel safe here because security is always on it. The bartenders are amazing and fast, I never wait long for a drink. And my favorite thing about this place is it is always clean. I never have to worry about sticky bar top or tables. Cell phone Charging stations located around the bar for every type of phone or device including type C-chargers and usb/120volt outlets so I can bring my laptop here...

Went here for a first date and was not too impressed. With a name like Blvd Cocktails you would think they would have a drink menu and some specialty cocktails. Sadly, that is not the case. There's no menu, and a very basic drink selection. Ended up just getting bottled beer. The one thing that was very annoying was that the music was WAY too loud. My date and I were sitting at a small table and we had to almost shout the entire time just to hear each other. In a small venue like this, that doesn't have a dance floor, why the music is so loud I don't understand. Won't be back anytime soon, there are plenty of...
