I was literally a regular here. I ordered the pepperoni panini and as I was eating the salad, I noticed a dead bug in my plate. I proceeded to show the girl in the front and she just said “omg, I’m so sorry” and took the plate to the back. I wasn’t about to make a whole ordeal about it so I just kindly asked her to remove what was left of the salad and just give me the panini by itself. I was expecting idk maybe a refund or a discount for next time but that was all I got “I’m so sorry” if I was another person I would’ve made a whole ordeal and I didn’t. Ordered the spicy Mexican mocha. They said they add expresso to it and chili powder which is usually a good combo. However when I got the drink it had zero coffee and mocha flavor. Just tasted like spicy milk with a bad taste. Disappointing, also I only ordered one drink and yet somebody that came in and ordered 2 minutes after me and had 2 drinks had their order done before mine. Finding an indoor space that allows you to sip your coffee with your pup is incredibly rare & and these spaces make me feel seen.
