I went over twice today 11/12/2022 and there's such a big difference between the 4am staff and the 8am staff it's not even funny. Thanks for the 4am girl who was there alone, super polite and great customer service. The second time around the girl at the window, said "I have your order ready you can pull up" I said okay thanks and I mean there's four other cars in front of me so I left my car on parked and waited. She then says again, "oh could you pull up to the window, it's ready, and I apologized "oh I'm sorry move up all the way to the front?" and she's laughing and answers " yes that's what I was saying to pull foward" so I got out the line and waited parallel to their drive thru and I let the girl at the window know I'm waiting for my order, she half nods her head, two cars later she hollers, "oh you have to come inside for your drink." And I was trying to explain what the other girl had said about pulling to the window, and her customer service answer was "this is the window" like I don't know what a window is! Telling the customer the obvious thing is best way to make somene feel bad! I called to ask for Manager and the shift lead tells me she heard the conversation and says "sorry if you got confused she only asked you once to pull foward" "this is the first time this has ever happened to us". "I wish we had something to prevent cars from leaving" so why wish for that if it's the "first time this has ever happened"? So disappointed and frustrated. Read moreRecently I had gone to Starbucks and I was a regular going in and out of Starbucks because I would come to do homework and study regularly. The manager who works here was very nice at first to me because often I would be here at Starbucks ordering. All of a sudden she does a complete 180 and says I couldn’t get a refill on of the coffees that I always order. It was always weird because every time I would ask for a refill I get it because that’s the new policy that’s implemented. Since this happened recently she told me I was an idiot and that I couldn’t retain information because I kept asking if I could get a refill. I understand you’re hurt and want things to be quick but the manager here is a very impatient and rude person. If you are ever a regular here I would be careful becoming close with the baristas because they are just here for the money and would care less if the customer got...
Read moreThis location is usually well-maintained. The bathroom is always clean whenever I have used it. The floors and counters are always being cleaned and the trash is always taken cared of before it overflows. It can get pretty crowded inside that being said. If you have never visited a Starbucks always ask a barista what they would reccommend. If you have an intolerance or preference always make sure it is noted. The original medicine ball was given to me by someone here. If you aren't feeling well and come in for some hot tea consider what is bothering you. The newbies will recommend a mix of jade and peach tea. The peach to has chamomile so if your stomach is bothering you this will help soothe it, the jade is only a hint of spear mint so if you are congested always ask for mint majesty to help open...
