This place is good, Robert and Danny are super helpful and they work hard to keep all the parts you need in stock for when you need them. You can call ahead and they’ll let you know if they have what you need and they always have for me.

Their only downfall is their employee Gabriel. That guy is hot and cold. Never know if he will be in a good mood or a bad mood. And he’s always there so you can’t even plan to go when he’s not there lol. His advise when my Slash caught fire was to “throw it away and buy something new”. I asked if there was a warranty and he said I would have to speak with Danny. He then said he doesn’t know when Danny will be in and I had to come in randomly in the mornings to find him. I went in on a different day and told Robert what he said while Gabriel was there and he said he was just playing. If he were I think he would’ve had something helpful to say but he was in one of his moods. I then called Traxxas and they fixed everything no questions asked. Gabriel didn’t even suggest calling Traxxas I did it in my own after coming in a couple times and not finding Danny. They need to get rid of this guy he is bad for business. I’ll just buy my parts online and wait for them I don’t really care, waiting is better than dealing with Gabriel and his small man syndrome while he goes...

My 1st impression of this place from just passing by looks a little too small for a hobby shop didn't think I was gonna find the parts I'm looking for. After many fail attempts with other hobby shops. I finally decided to give this shop a chance. 1st impression the staffs they look alright its just dudes I'm a dude what more can I say. I'm here for parts what got more of my attention other than warmth welcoming and the knowledgeable display the staff showed me. I was impressed of the many parts they got stocked. I don't recommend this place. The young man named Joshua the one who helped me out to diagnose my battery. Didn't know how to diagnose the battery. He tired to say that my son drop the battery in water or because he drop it on the floor, because his machine said it was overused. I told him no, that is the. Reason why i'm here because the car never turn on. He argue to with me that I messed up the battery. Then He used one of his batteries and the car did turn on. So then I told him that the battery was defected. Then he run it again, and this time it did give him a affected battry. He couldn't exchange it because manufacture default.
