The barista who took my order and the ones preparing the orders were very nice and friendly. However, Nicole was quite rude. While I was placing my order and the barista was typing it into the register, Nicole approached the register to remove the tip jar, and abruptly cut in front of the barista taking my order and started typing things into the register that he was using, causing me to have to stop saying my order because the barista could no longer type it in. No “excuse me,” “sorry,” or other display of basic human manners from Nicole. The barista gave a little eye roll, apparently equally surprised by Nicole’s obnoxious behavior.
Once Nicole finished doing whatever she was doing on the register, she moved to the side to count the tips, and I was able to continue placing my order. Since I am a barista at another Starbucks location, I told the barista taking my order that I had partner numbers, and he smiled and kindly asked me what they were, at which point Nicole rudely barked “DO YOU HAVE ID” from where she was standing counting the tips.

I have been coming to this Starbucks before there was a drive-thru and before the redesign on the interior which is absolutely fabulous because there's much more room to enjoy the coffee. This brings me to my next point though if you're going to advertise Clover coffee with all of the terrific availability out there that the Press Clover machine offers Tasha Lichman (district manger) & Shirley Jimenez (store manager) need to get it fixed. This machine has been down now for almost 2 months. I do have to give a shout out to Kevin and Michelle who have been here for a long time always hustling, smiling and friendly. I hope this is scene and paid attention to and fixed soon. Even if Starbucks @ 177 Rt 17 south Paramus needs to be shut down for a few hours or even for the day to get this problem fixed The Establishment needs to just shut the doors and take care of the situation so that people can enjoy everything Starbucks...

The 1st guy was making fun of customers drinks and cursing at them The 2nd guy was sweeping and then didn't wash his hands and took my order. The woman making the drinks was making the drinks wrong and had a nasty attitude. Fine..I still wanted my drinks and some pastries so I went to my car and saw this. I had asked for a bagel extra toasted and didn't even toast it. The ice coffee was not strong and probably weak with lots of water. I went in and asked for my money and the woman working there was completely unprofessional about it.
