Definitely A Nice Hotel I Give Them That But They Have Shady Business At This Location. I Stayed At This Location For Birthday And My Room Was Very Nice. So I Called The Location Direct Number To Reserve My Room For My Stay And I Spoke With An Ebony At The Location. Before I Even Booked The Stay I Asked Was It Possible For Me Too Pay With Cash Instead Of Card For The Stay She Let Me Know Yes You Can But You Will Need The “Debit Card” Only To Reserve The Stay And Hold The Available Room I Was Interested In. So I Agreed Being As That I Was Going To Be Able To Pay For The Stay In Cash. So Once I Arrived At My Location I Paid My Full Total And Fees Added In Cash Like I Was Told I Was Able To Do Over The Phone. When I Checked Out The Hotel The Next Day I Received An Notification From My Bank That I Was A Charged A Fee Which I Shouldn’t Have Been Charged At All When I Already Paid My Full Total And Fees In Cash On Arrival And Plus With Cash. So Once I Seen The Charged I Call The Location Up Too Figure Out Why I Was Being Charged From My “Debit Card” When I Already Paid Everything In Cash. They Gave Me Issues With Receiving My “Refund” For My Charge So I Took The “Corporate Route” To See If It Can Be Resolved Further Down The Line. So They Gave Me An Ticket Number And File A Claim Which I Have Had For Almost An Month Now They Just Been Giving Me A Issue With Receiving My “Refund” Back. They Tried To Claim I Booked With A “Third Party” Which I Don’t Understand Is How Can I Book With A “Third Party” If I Talked Directly With A Worker At The Location. So This Is Just Me Saying I Will Never Book A Stay Ever Again With This Location Because They Will Let You Think Your Booking With Them Directly When They Have A “Third Party” Taking A Fee From You As Well Off Your “Debit Card” They Make You Use In Order To Book The Room For The Stay , Their Just Going To Charge You The Room Price Plus Taxes And Fees And Later You’ll Get A Fee As Well The Next Day For A Charge And When You Try To Call Too See Why And Where The Fee Even Came From When You Already Paid The Whole Total In Full. They Will Try To Say It’s Not From Them But From A Third Party That They Don’t Let You Know Is Connected Through Their Business So They Can Get Extra...

I’m not sure if you would say the same thing after seeing this pictures. Can you still say you are committed to cleanliness after seeing these hairs? Who is truly the honest person here? Aren't you the one being unfair and dishonest? Just in case, I took a photo, but I initially thought it would be too much of a hassle to bring it up. I never imagined the photo would end up being used like this.
Why would I lie? I have absolutely no reason to make this up. I only stated the facts, and your response, which seems aimed at hiding the truth, is even more disappointing and cowardly as a consumer.

Original The staff service is unfriendly and unsatisfactory. The room condition is also terrible. It looks clean on the surface, but you'll understand once you visit. First of all, the floor is uneven and sloped, and it's damp and sticky due to the moisture. And the pillow, I’ve never experienced such a pillow in my life. I booked a king bedroom with a whirlpool with my boyfriend for my birthday and it was honestly the most relaxing experience ever.
Pros: very clean, great customer service, big tv, good selection of breakfast, restaurants are very close if you want to dine in or do take out. I didn’t know there was a $100 hold incase there are any damages to ur room during your stay and the guy at the front desk said since it was my bday he can knock it down to just $50, I wish I can remember his name but he deserves a raise. The whirlpool was AMAZING, it took a little while to figure out the jacuzzi part but for the most part we loved it. I’m only 5’3 and 140ish lbs while my boyfriend is 6’0 pushing 250lbs and we both still fit inside.
Cons: there are very few minor cons because I really did enjoy my stay here but the ac didn’t really blow out ice cold air. It was cool enough to cool the room down but it took a little while. And in the morning when it was cold when I turned the heater on it really smelled like something was burning so I just turned it off. The next con was that the only bright room was the bathroom. The actual main room was just lit by the lamps.and finally the breakfast was great don’t get me wrong, but there was only one meat and that was pork bacon. I love pork but my boyfriend doesn’t eat it so he had to stick with the waffles, toast, and eggs. The eggs was also another thing it wasn’t bad it just had a lot of water (I’m guessing) sitting on the bottom of the pan. I didn’t really want to eat scrambled eggs that was quite literally sitting in water.
