I had heard great things about this place so hubby and I went to try it. Now, we did get there at 1:20 pm, not realizing that they closed at 2:30, so we may have got the tail end of the food, but I expected the pork to have a little flavor. The pork "buttstick" meat was almost steamed and gray looking, not browned and flavorful. I took most of mine home and then cooked it for our next meal in a way that redeemed it. My husband did the same with his pork loin. The potato salad was a little cloying, with lots of shredded cheese in it, so I heated that up at home, improving it's flavor too. The people were nice enough, but no table service except to deliver our food. The decor is interesting, but not set up in a great way. Maybe I expected too much, but I was a little disappointed.

If you are looking for a fresh & delicious lunch, this is the place!!!! Beautiful photo op mural on the side of the building but literally the friendliest environment inside. I had my little one with me and they couldn’t have been more welcoming to us. We had the grilled cheese & chicken bacon ranch on a spinach wrap & it was fresh, fast & SO GOOD!!! They don’t do fried options & that’s a nice change compared to most places but don’t be deterred, they have so many menu items to choose from. Quality guaranteed here!!!!! We can’t wait to go back!

I don't typically like potato salad, but theirs is soooo good. They stay busy. Small but quaint country-style dining area, but I typically get it to go. All prices already include tax, which is convenient. Great staff, great service, great food. Highly recommended. Pictured: Southwest Salad (comes with a roll & cilantro lime vinaigrette), with added chicken.

I've never been disappointed here. Club sandwich, quesadilla, butt stick (yes, really), and southwest salad (+ chicken & cilantro lime vinaigrette) are my absolute favorites. I don't typically like potato salad, but theirs is soooo good. They stay busy. Small but quaint country-style dining area, but I typically get it to go. All prices already include tax, which is convenient. Great staff, great service, great food. Highly recommended. We were just passing through town and looking for something to eat. O, my! Were we happy we stopped at uncle billy's! Fantastic place to be! Great people and GREAT food!

We had soup and a nicely filled spinach Tortilla with pork butt. Sounded kindda weird to me but boy! It was great. A flavoring we never had before. 😋

Billy also let us try chicken and cheese quesadilla. The inside was soo crispy and full of tender chicken, yummm.
