Starbucks — Restaurant in Park Ridge

Apparently asking for a full drink here is too much to ask. Just because a person doesn't want their coffee watered down with ice doesn't mean they should be given a cup almost half empty. This is the only location that ever does this. I have no problem anywhere else. And the rude employee felt the need to reprimand me and say that this will be the last time they will fill the cup for me. Well guess what honey, this is last time I come back here. Because apparently making coffees is just too much of a difficult concept for someone of your small brain capacity. Especially after leaving this review, I definitely won't be back since employees here have a history of spitting in people's drinks. For anyone who is unaware, look it up on the internet. Someone needs to train their staff on costumer service. I wanted to try the nitro coffee drink that you have and it's my first time going in to a Starbucks. So I guess I was standing at the pick up spot. This young man behind the counter looked at me and said how can i... help you?? I said I would like a nitro whatever it was very good by the way.. he goes well the cashier is over there.. rude and condescending . I was like then why did u ask me if I needed help. I have been to this place several times in the past and in all cases this had been a good relaxing experience for me. This morning though I came across an extremely uninviting employee. He had an angry look in his face as if he was trying to convey "..don't mess with me". I greeted him "good morning" with a smile to only receive a cold look. He took my order but ignored one of the items I ordered. He could not have missed it because it was in front of him when I asked my son to remind me what he wanted.
