Dune Dogz & Treats — Restaurant in Park Township

Came on July 15 at 12:30pm, left at 12:50 empty handed and never even got to the front of the line. They had 4 employees working, 2 seemed to be standing and staring at something, one lady was putting food in the window for a single group. After almost 20 mins of being 2nd in line and no one even acknowledging the lady in front of me, the lady in front nicely asked if it would be much longer. The older employee at the pick up window more or less snapped "I don't know, ok? There's a big order. I don't know."

I run my own small kitchen and this is unacceptable on every level. If the wait staff ignored a customer, they'd be in trouble. If my ticket times ever get over 15 mins, there's a problem. I can run an entire restaurant on a 2-4 person cook staff. You're better off going to...

My son ordered a hotdogs with ketchup, a medium fry, and a large lemonade. The bill came to $23.31, so yes it is pricey as other reviews have stated. The do have a large menu with all kinds of stuff, it smells remind me of a fair or carnival and so does the pricing. The food was warm when it came out, but he went up and got it before the buzzer went off that they gave him. He liked the hotdog, fries and lemonade. Probably not coming back for dinner as a family of four would run me about $100.00 and I could pay that at a few much nicer restaurants. The atmosphere is nice as you are able to watch the traffic from the beach go by as you are eating and waiting. What treasure on the Lakeshore!!! It is a nice short afternoon trip from Grand Rapids, Muskegon or Kalamazoo located in Holland, MI. The food is fantastic, and the selection is amazing, so many choices you have to keep coming back for more! Burgers, hotdogs, fish and so many delicious crisped up vegetables. It was like I "fried" and went to Heaven. The prices are very reasonable, the service is fast and friendly, and I had the great opportunity to meet the owners Dan and Kim. You can tell they care about their food and customers. The decor and flowers surrounding the restaurant are absolutely beautiful. Did I mention they have ice cream and other hot weather treats.
