Burger King — Restaurant in Parkersburg

I stopped at division street on 10/3 and my nuggets were cold n didn't get my sauce. The drive thru staff was snobby. Shoved the bag out the window. When asked for my sauce the girl shut the window. I called the BK and spoke with mgr Gavin, he stated that he didn't appreciate me calling his staff snobby and he would prefer if I don't come back to the restaurant. There was no apologies for the cold food or the condiments missing. He never apologized for the rudeness of his staff. I asked for the GM's information and he told me if you want to come in and speak with her she'll be here tomorrow morning and he hung up the phone. Not just the drive-thru staff was rude now you have the manager who also is rude. Is that really who you want running...

One of the worst I have ever scene. Went thru drive thru it want 8pm yet because lobby doors were locked. Signs enter only/eXit only.drivein took my order which he kept getting wrong,then 1st window pay corrected order after 3 tries and still didn't get my condiments. Then puck up window we waited yet some more. Finally after 20+ minutes total time at drive-thru got my food which was wrong since I wired NO PICKLES but they had pickles| it was cold paid them almost $12 for my lost time & food not made to order. I will not be going there again. Calling them in morning as obviously the night shift manager doesn't have control if employees ,or doesn't do their job. NOT WORTH. 1...

Rude woman at the window on one occasion other then that very nice employee. I came in at about 7pm watched 2 families walk out went to the door it was locked. I thought it must have to be an error so I get in the drive-thru line an ask if they know the doors are locked n she immediately got rude. Said "yep I locked them we only have 2 working an I'm over 60yrs old an I'm not dealing with people inside and the window" then complained about me to the car ahead so much so they paid for my food so I'd have a better day. They should have paid for the woman who works there some manners n class classes instead. Route 2...
