You can never get drinks made right at this location and it’s SO frustrating. Even if you communicate openly to them that your drink is made incorrectly (I’ve gotten the same drink for years I think I would know if the look / color / taste is off???) they gaslight you and refuse to remake your beverage (or just give attitudes when you ask about your drink being made) . When my fiance politely told the worker my drink was made incorrectly she refused to take back the incorrect made drink and told us it was because “Sonic is cracking down on it’s inventory “ When I worked in the food industry I always remade my customers beverages because it’s them paying for it, not me. Customer should come first and is always right. 🤷🏼♀️ This sonic is useless when it comes to drinks unless you come super early in the morning for some reason. My fiance and I have said countless times we have gotten more drinks wrong at this Sonic than right. You’re really just throwing your money away playing roulette when getting drinks here and that’s very disappointing. Save your money and go to another Sonic location is my advice . Do not waste your time, money or effective communication skills here. A gift card for all the money both my fiance and I have thrown away on this Sonic for all the wrong made drinks wouldn’t even make up for the disappointment. I love Sonic . I am so sad I feel like I cannot go here...
Read moreTook my grandma to Sonic tonight during happy hour to get her a milkshake. Pretty disappointed by how it all turned out.
First of all, when we got to the drive thru, there was a semi truck parked in a way that it almost blocked off the drive thru. Had to squeeze my car between the truck and a bush. Managed to do so without scratching anything.
Then we get to the menu and there's a sign:
"We currently cannot sell the following: -Hot Dogs -Chicken -Bananas"
Pretty upsetting because That narrows down a good bit of their menu to just burgers. Couldn't get my grandma the banana milkshake she wanted.
I figured it would be okay and I could get her a different kind of milkshake. Nope. Guy comes on the speaker, "Hi, we are unfortunately not able to sell milkshakes because our ice cream machine is broken."
That's a pretty big coincidence that their ice cream machine would break during happy hour, and I couldn't help but feel like I was driving through McDonalds after hearing that.
Again, very disappointing visit to Sonic. Hope they get their act together soon.
Update 3/29/21: You'd think that if you order mozzarella sticks, it would be common sense to give them marinara sauce to dip them in....
Read moreWe just went there to get a large strawberry slushie and well this took us 2 different trips there to do so. First trip we parked at one of the park/order/and eat in ur car spots. Well when a guys voice finally came over the intercom to take our order, he asked for the number on the bottom left of our screen, we said 13 like 10 different times and many different ways and yet he kept saying 15. Then he apologized for the mis communication, and had us to wait for a minute for something. So we waited and waited, after sitting there for another 10 minutes after the miscommunication, we just ended up leaving. We came back after we done the rest of our errands and just went through the drive thru to order. We sat at the drive thru order spot and I bet a whole 5 minutes later, a guys voice finally spoke ready to take our order. We then ordered but then the person I was with then got upset that when the man went to tell us our total he cut off his mic too soon and couldn't hear the total. So we just pulled up to the window.
