JR's Donut Castle — Restaurant in Parkersburg

Purchased a dozen donuts on a Sunday I believe got home only 3 of the donuts were edible.My dog was upset she would not even eat her donut it was Rock hard had barely any filling inside so I called told the girl took the ones left back up .when I got there i suddenly understood what my roommate was talking about after we started eating the donuts he said the girls that were there not like the other girls that were there he said the other girls act like they want to work the two that were there that day were not very friendly and acting like they didn't really want to be there I said well okay I walked in and talk to the girl she immediately grabbed the box and I'm like I just I just want my money back she didn't say anything walk to the register I explained to her that we have never had a problem with them the girl at the counter said the donuts were bad because they set out all night in the humidity I said okay whatever so from now on I'm only going to go when the other two girls are working three girls are working because the two that was there that day I wouldn't have them on my group and I wasn't even really complaining I was I was just letting them know and I mean I don't know I was not very happy I'll go back if there's two or not working I mean if they're working I'm...

I stopped by to buy donuts for our church meeting this evening. I asked the girl at the window if they had any donuts that were fixed recently, and she had a very smart attitude and said, "All of our donuts are fresh"! I said, I'm sure they are mam, but do you have some that was made recently? and She said they were all made from 8:00am to 5:00pm, I then asked "Okay, which ones were made closer to 5:00pm, and she smarted off again, and said "I don't know, they're all fresh...so I left and spent my money at Dunkin Donuts! I called JR's from my cell phone to speak with the owner just in case the owner didn't know how the girl working the window was treating customer's, but the same girl answered and said, "Are you the guy who was just here and yelled? I said, I was just there yes, but I never yelled..not even one time! When I asked to speak to the owner, she said, he's not here right now..I asked her what his name was, and she said I'm not going to tell you that, I said okay, what is your name please, she said, "It's none of your business! I said okay, well you just lost a customer, and she said "Oh well"..Good ridden's..!! and hug...

The donuts are great, but recently I had the rudest most awful experience with the staff after years of loving the experience there and purchasing well over 100 dozen donuts. I’m a regular, I called in an order and offered to pay in advance as I had so many times before. They said don’t worry about it, just come on in whenever. When I arrived, my donuts had been sold and the kind I wanted were sold out. Fine. I went ahead with another dozen, as I’m getting the new dozen, the young girl there is aggressively scowling, sarcastically replying to everything I say and slammed the box down in front of me. The manager or what I assume is the manager, who sold the original donut order, just stands in the lobby with her hands on her hips, seemingly contributing to the bad mood of the employee.
