I have to update my review from 10 months ago. Recently they have remodeled their place and their once wide juice selection that took up a whole wall is small and piddly. They're more geared towards the 420. I have my medical state card for that, so no thanks. I don't know if the weed is good but I wouldn't waste my time here to find out for a variety of reasons.
They don't know anything and they don't care that they don't know
They're constantly out of stock of most juice selections and when I asked the new staff, a girl specifically, when things would come in she couldn't give me an answer. Telling me it was up to the "supplier". I asked more questions to see what juices they delivered because I was looking for a specific one and she said it was up to the "supplier". Like the supplier was this mysterious being like Oz or something. She just repeated that to all my questions with a shrug and a smile.
I turned around and left angry. They have no idea when products will be in or what they will even be???? What kind of business is this????
I asked for a suggestion on what they did have and more I don't knows. I don't like the new staff, they're awful. The staff is what made me come back. They were fun, talkative, and knowledgeable. These people don't know anything, don't look at me, and don't talk to me. For the first time in my 4-5 years as a customer, I left with no knowledge of anything, angry, and empty handed.
The rewards program was demoted from a fancy point system on a screen via my phone number, where I could pick out certain things based on 500-10000+ points, to a punch card system. I threw it away because I'm definitely not coming back. I liked to be able to get at least 5% discount after a huge purchase. The juice is expensive and I have found it cheaper elsewhere. Read moreWell since it appears that there are a handful of paid reviews, I might as well throw in a dose of reality. I use to frequent this shop, but I've been disappointed of late. Not only is product few and far between the last few times I went in, they never have coils for tanks and don't even get me started on the juice, don't get attached to anything because they never keep it for long. Puff was one of the juice lines I started on and it's never in stock anymore, I found a couple Mayhem flavors I liked then the nicotine I need is never in stock. There is a weird kid that works there that has offered to add nicotine to my juice but I have fears of contamination, the kid looks like he's never showered. I got onto another juice line, Heart Of It All which they, like other lines, decided not to carry anymore and there is never any reason to why they don't have stock but keep bringing in new lines every week instead of refilling what customers (at least me) want. Last time I was in there the apparent owners were literally fighting with each other, right in the middle of the store with myself and a few others in there. I personally wont' find myself back here and won't recommend anyone else, I'd rather travel to Parkersburg...
Read moreBoth visits started bad as soon as I walked in. One the first visit the worker was on a personal phone call. I could tell this because he was talking about the weekend plans they had. It took 15 minutes for him to end the call and wait on us. I ended up ordering a house blend vape juice, 3 mg nicotine. While he was making it he got back on a phone call. Obviously distracted. When I got the juice home and tried it, it was awful! Way to much nicotine in it. I feel that personal phone calls can wait until the customer leaves.
This week, several months after the initial visit I decided to give them another chance. I bought juice and coils for my mod. The worker assured me the coils were correct, they just changed the box. Low and behold, when I got home they didn’t fit. I went back the next morning and was told they would not offer a refund or exchange the coils. Now I have 2 boxes of coils that I can’t even use.
