Starbucks — Restaurant in Parkersburg

I moved here from Miami and been going to the same store for 6 months , sometimes 3 times a day . Usually Frank or Noah takes care of me . Today I went through the drive through and asked for a “sick tea” ( I have called it that at every Starbucks and they know exactly what I want ). This time SAM who identifies as the manager on duty was taking the order and 2 weeks ago I had an issue with her SNATCHING my card and threw my receipt out the window because she said she was two short to reach out . She slammed the window in my face then . So today , I go to window and she had another female Gil come to window and deny me service because she heard me swear with ordering. Mind you I was on my Bluetooth talking to someone . So she used this as control to say she would no longer serve me . Between the rude staff and the lack of menu items not available and everything and everyone in between I most certainly will not visit this store again. The poor service and poor communication about what menu items they do have and what they don't have and to talk about me as if I'm not standing there and then to scream my drink out in my face when I'm clearly the only one standing there. Then makes a nasty comment about opps I didn't see you. I'm literally the only person standing there. Lol. Now to my order. I asked for a Carmel Ice coffee with a small splash of cream and sugar. I got coffee. White. No sugar. And the breakfast sandwich was cold and put together in a mess. The cashier refuses to give me his name and kept saying Tasha. Hire some folks with some manners. I stopped in to this Starbucks and waited at the register for at least 7 minutes. No service...not even a hello or a "we'll be right with you"... totally ignored by the young ladies working there.
