China Spring II — Restaurant in Parkland

I have been going to this place for a long time. I usually just pick up because I don’t live very far away. However, I have recently had an issue where I have trouble walking and so on that basis, I have ordered to go where they deliver it to your house, Admittedly, I went out front to greet the person before they arrived the first time with no problem. But I do have trouble walking and I live behind a home in a small apartment and so I decided not to walk out recently. I didn’t get my food. I waited for a long time and then I called to see what had happened. They told me they had delivered the food and that two children had picked up the order. Well, the place I live behind has children and so I walk to the front and I asked the people there if there had been any to go food. I was told no , but my neighbor said she distinctly saw the kids pick up the food and take it. I called China Spring 2 and told them about the issue and they said that they would replace the food and bring it by. I can’t thank them enough. They really stood behind me. My neighbor said she saw the children pick the food up and take it in where it obviously did not belong.When the delivery guy came to bring the second food back, he said, that most definitely the child had taken the food and taken it into their home. So I had two witnesses that knew that this food had been stolen and even so China Spring 2 came through for me. I could not be...

Beef, broccoli, and BUGS!!!!!! Date of incident 10-11-2024. Last Friday evening I was eating my beef and broccoli and noticed a big BUG that looked like a grasshopper cooked in with the food!!! I immediately called the restaurant and was asked to bring the meal back. (During Rush hour traffic)They offered to make me a new meal, but I was DISGUSTED & do not want to eat here ever again so I requested a refund. (3 items total since we weren't going to eat anymore since seeing the bug) The lady at the counter was extremely rude!! She told me they will not refund my order bc I did not bring the other items back. I told her over the phone I want a refund and she did not tell me I needed to bring everything back.. I asked if they could come to my house to pick it up because I was not driving back. I requested to speak with a manager, and no other employee or manager came to talk to me. They were all standing around speaking their language and looking at the grasshopper in the food. We were going back and forth, which was ridiculous! I cannot believe how rude she was and her nasty attitude. When I told her I am going to do a Google review with the pictures of the bug is when she agreed to refund the order. I will never eat here again due to bugs in the food and rude employee with no customer...

We used to order from this place all the time. I would say at least 2x a month if not more. The food was always excellent and the service great. The last time we bought from here I ordered the same thing I always do, the beef and broccoli meal. This time when I got my food there literally no sauce on it. Beef and broccoli has a brown sauce on it and this was completely dry. Since I'd always eaten from here and know how things are supposed to be, I thought maybe the chef was just busy and forgot to add it in (not sure what order things are cooked for this dish, maybe the sauce is the last thing added and it's cooked only a minute or two?). My husband called to let them know and the lady who spoke to us told us that if we wanted more sauce we should've asked for it. My husband explained that it wasn't that there wasn't enough, it was that there was NONE and that it's not ever like this when we've gotten it before. Perhaps it was a language barrier but she was very rude and snapped that next time ask for more sauce and literally hung up on us. I will never order from this restaurant again which is such a shame as they are right...
