HORRIBLE. DISHONEST. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.  They are extremely rude, don't speak English and treat you like they are doing you a favor. DO NOT bring your clothes here. A lady by the name of Luz ruined my brand new pants before I even got to wear them for the first time. Took a pair of jogger pants to be hemmed, they wanted to charge too much, seems everytime I go in, the price goes up. I told her it was too much that I had 3 other pants, she would nod pretending to understand. I asked her about 3 times if she would keep the style and put back the elastic when hemming, she said yes and nodded each time. When I went to pick up the pants she had decided to change the style and make them boot cut. When I asked the owner and they called the lady, she said that I didn't want to pay more so that's why she did the hem that way. And that she had thrown away the elastic from the bottom because I did not want to pay more. She kept on saying this in Portuguese, thinking I couldn't understand her. I was going to leave 3 pants, left only two because the 3rd were PJ pants which I was not going to pay the high amount they were charging for PJ pants. Because of that, she kept on saying I didn't want to pay, the owner didn't say anything and they all just walked away leaving me there.  When I told them that she could have told me that for that price she would make the most basic hem and change the style of my pants,  instead of saying yes to when I asked if she would keep the same style, they just walked away and she kept on saying in Portuguese that I didn't leave the pj pants because I did not want to pay. Ofcourse,I had already paid before they gave me my pants back which they charge a fee for CC but never disclose that information. They say one price and after you pay, you realize there was an extra fee. They didn't care to make it better, refund my money or even apologize, just walked away and ignored me and didn't care that they had ruined my pants. Their customer service has always been horrible, no one speaks English, they yell in their language and when they call to tell you your clothes are ready, they scream on the phone and leave an angry voice message. The lady who calls just screams at you. Not to mention their dry cleaning is horrible, the "cleaned" clothes have a bad smell to them and not...

Horrid experience. I drop off a scrub top, to simply be made smaller on the sides, on Thursday and am given a written promise on my receipt that it would be ready the next day (Friday) by 2pm. I arrive at 5pm on Friday to only be told that the lady (Dorothy I believe) had not started yet because "she had to go to the doctor earlier."

I doubt this was anything but a lie, and they could have at least CALLED me to tell me something like this happened. They have 4-5 employees there working, there is no excuse for the lack of professionalism. I am told to wait 15 minutes for the top to be done, and when I get it the lady did not remember that I told her to not trim the armpit area as that would make it too tight. Overall terrible experience that I only continued with because I needed that top for work the next day.

Me and my family have been trusting this company for years. Like 10 plus years... Today I had the most terrible experience 😭, just a terrible attitude from the beginning. Very judgemental of a feeling in there. I want to go pick up my clothes, the lady giving my clothes looked at her phone 📱 even as handing me the clothes and won't put the phone down once. She said they didn't have my number to call me.... She asked me as I was leaving after I paid ahead and wrote my number on a piece of paper. Though never called me for days on.
