Just ordered delivery, food was really good with good portions. Only issue was I had a piece of Steel Wool or some sort of Metal Bristle in my chicken..... luckily I caught it.....The food was good quality so I don't believe that it reflects on the quality of the place but is definitely a safety/health concern especially if a kid got it instead of me.. I got the bourbon chicken and my wife the teriyaki both enjoyed very much. I got the combo so fried rice, soup and egg roll.. my wife the white rice. Next time I will get the white rice. The fried was just eh. Nothing amazing but not terrible. And the egg roll wasn't great, I would reccomend getting just the entree vs. Combo, same price just more chicken and rice minus the eggroll and wonton soup. The miso and wonton soups were super loaded and good! The chicken came with sautéed zucchini, onion, carrots, mushrooms.. ect, everything tasted fresh not frozen. I ordered fry rice with orange chicken and a chicken lo mein. Firstly I specifically told the server I would like fry rice without pork yet pork was in my food. What if I was allergic to pork? You guys would definitely hear from my lawyer if I was allergic.The mix vegetables in my fry rice was burnt. Another thing I have never seen orange chicken prepare the way they do it. The lo mein was horrible. Food has no presentation as if you guys serving animals. My money went to waste because of how horrible your food was I had to discard it. I called the restaurant to make a report about the food that was presented to me and how horrible it was and the telephone operator responded saying “thank you” I never gave a positive review for you to be thankful for. You guys are very unprofessional, please look into invest in a proper culinary school on how to prepare food and deliver quality...

Professionalism = 0 for this restaurant. I called on Friday 12/23 to confirm they were opened for dinner on Sunday 12/25. The woman said yes and I asked if I should order well in advance for a 6:15 PU because Chinese restaurants get crazy on Christmas night (went through this with a Chinese restaurant last year that took too many orders and after 45 mins still left without food). The woman tells me "no, no worry. We not too busy on Christmas. You call 5:30". Right so I started calling them at 5:15 and they already weren't answering the phone to take anymore orders 😡.
