I ordered a x-tudo cheese everything hamburger and I told them I wanted it to go i waited litterally 45 min and when i asked the woman if they forgot about my food then I found out that it was done the whole time ans no one called my name to tell me it was done while i waiting and extra 30 min for it to get cold but thats not the only thing when I took a bite it had a horrible taste and texture probably the worst hamburger ive ever had will not order again from this place they didnt even ask me if i wanted a new one or anything horrible costumer service lost a...

The sandwiches were fresh and the bread was delicious. The issue was the service and atmosphere. It was not crowded at all and it was after lunch time. We only ordered two sandwiches with no special orders to go. Three customers were served before us that came after us. We waited more than 20 minutes and when the order came up we were not offered any condiments like the other customers. Maybe the wait seemed much longer because the thermostat read 79 degrees and it was very humid in the restaurant. Not sure the food was worth...

Pastries and bread are great here. They have a huge selection of pastries, bread, frozen food, and a small selection of prepared foods. My only complaint is that if you don't speak Portuguese, you'll have a hard time ordering or asking questions about their pastries.
