Antonio's Pizzeria LoSchiavo — Restaurant in Parma

I Wish we could have had the option of choosing NO STARS since we were provided the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER that we have ever received when ordering food, customer service and dealing with your very UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER that is representing your company. We ordered a lg pizza yesterday 5/7/2020 with pepperoni,sausage, mushroom, extra cheese and cooked extra well done. They gave us an order of half cheese on one side and half with all the ingredients which were very scarce and not well done at all. I said to the cashier, Angela why does this pizza only have half my ingredients on it. She replied you must have ordered it that way. I repied oh no I didn't. She replied oh sorry. In between taking my cash she yelled back at one of the cooks to watch their mouth because she heard them cussing. I thought to myself WOW how unprofessional to yell that back in front of customers as I waited but still No offer to even fix my order. I left and went out to the vehicle to show my husband. My husband called and spoke to the manager whom was very disrespectful, rude and argumentative. The manager asked for our order # and she said oh well that is how you ordered it online. My husband said oh no it isn't because we dont order our pizza that way. We have our receipt and it shows pepperoni,sausage, mushroom,extra cheese and well done. She refused to remake or to just give us our money back and dispose of the pizza. We were still sitting in our vehicle in your parking lot. My husband then said who is your boss I want their name. She gave them the corporate # and said go ahead and call real snoddy and said there is nobody there they're out of the office until 8 am. She said besides that I am going to call them as well and complain about you. We threw the pizza out when we got home because it was made very cheaply and not at all what we ordered. We will not be back and we'll be advising my very large extended family and friends not to frequent there as well. We're very discussed and disappointed in your manager and the customer service that was provided to us by your establishment. By the way we left a voicemail yesterday evening for the corporate office and still have not received a response as of this afternoon but to tell you the truth we really didnt expect them to address the issue considering how their manager speaks to paying customers. Corporates lack of concern on addressing ignorance and poor customer service is why I hope my review will discourage other hard working individuals to never to waste their time or give your establishment ...

Great service! I appreciated the heads up about the longer wait time before I placed my order but I already knew i would have to wait some time since it was the first game of the football season and I am just walking in. I was offered something to drink while I waited which wasnt necessary but considerate. I watched the young lady answer the phones so nicely and energeticly than run in the back to help at the oven. The name on my receipt said Charlotte J. She was all over the place and had a smile the entire time barely breaking a sweat. When another customer came in to pick up their order she greeted them right away, took care of the lady and than checked on me! I thought that was sweet of her to stop in the middle of the crazyness to notice me and assure me my food was in the oven. She handled a noticably annoyed customer who said they didnt want to miss kick off by distracting him with small talk about football. She was great and he left smiling. First time here, the pizza was delicious but the service the young lady was giving everyone is what will have me coming back. I would like to start off with I like to have pasta with my sauce. There was so much sauce on the spaghetti it made me sick. But we could not send it back because our waitresses never came back one time other than to give us the bill. I should have known when I seen her coat when we walked in she was wearing a hoodie jacket that said...HIGH.. how are ya.. for some reason this place does a good carry out so I'm assuming that their carry out food and service is a lot better than when you are dining in but in the two hours it took them to make the pasta I overheard people calling in complaining so I'm sure I'm not the only one that has bad complaints about this restaurant I don't know why I keep giving it another opportunity but I can guarantee I'm not going back there again I wish I could give it a negative star. By the way the picture of the sauce on the table is the way they served it to us!!! I almost forgot one thing I ordered a small plate of plain noodles for a two year old and they gave us butter garlic and I couldn't even return it because they never came back to ask how we were at work to even give us a refills...
