Brayson's Ice Cream Parlor — Restaurant in Parma

We visit a lot of ice cream joints and Brayson’s is right up there with some of the best. I was told the waffle cones are made in-house and the ice cream was made locally. Super creamy and delicious ice cream that even on a hot day didn’t melt super fast. I had the blueberry cheesecake and it was amazing, strangely enough I just had some good blueberry ice cream in Damascus, VA, and was nice to be able to compare the two. Fairly good sized selection of home made ice creams. The ones we tried were very tasty. It's a cute little place with a friendly staff (and I think it was the owner lending a hand behind the counter). It has minimal counter seating inside and a picnic table and a couple of Andirondack chairs inside a picket-fenced in area outside. In my opinion, hard ice cream beats soft serve/custard eight days a week, so this is one of my three area favorites...

Hands down the best ice cream!!! This place is a must try. I don’t know how they do it but they do. There is something very special about this ice cream. I love the simplicity of the indoor parlor- so sweet and brings you joy just by walking in. My husband and I have always had great service. The owner is always there and he is so kind and helpful.
