Even with at least 5 workers, one of which was a manager, they chose not to serve walk-in orders. Believe there was 6 but for the sake of certainty I'll say 5. We were greeted apologetically upon walking up to the counter and told only drive through and mobile orders were being accepted as they were short staffed. Upon asking they confirmed you could wait and make an order on the app. Once order was in the drinks came out quickly but there was no sign of the food so we waited. Having already retrieved the drinks and donuts more than 10 minutes passed and no food. Finally someone else's food was set out so I asked about the order. They checked and I was informed they were now out of an ingredient. We agreed on a replacement item and THEN they began making the food items. After another 4-6 minutes the food came out with never an apology.
I understand Sunday morning is a busy time/day for them. But w such a small prep station I can't see where 7 or 8 people would even make a difference. And the same worker greeting was packing donuts, then putting food into the toaster and getting the online orders from the printer. Workers were moving n working. This appears to be more of an issue with mismanagement and role assignments. And there were at least 5 other patrons who walked in to order while we were there too. Read moreAlmost zero available items, which i could understand being this late in the day. However both the drive thru employee and "manager" were extremely disrespectful and rude. No smile, total, or updated total after using my dunkin rewards. We waited extremely long for our food in silence. When the food came out it was all stuffed in one ting bag, crumpled up, with a crumpled up bunch of napkins at the top. Upon driving away all of our food was upside down in the bag including briskets scrambles that were leaking and covered in grease. My chicken and roasted red pepper wrap was completely cold.
I go to dunkin almost every day before work but had never been to this location before. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dunkin, let alone a fast food restuarant in general.
I hope everyone in this store gets reprimanded for their terrible terrible service. I cannot believe that this establishment is running the way it is. Upon speaking with the "manager" there was not even any condolences or apology or a solution to keep the customer happy. I will not be re visiting...

I don’t know why but everytime I order my drink.. simple on the menu macchiato. Medium hot macchiato with oat milk and whatever flavor I chose for the day… I now consistently get half a cup of froth when macchiatos are more expensive and even says on the app and website for Dunkin’ they get NO FROTH just hot milk flavor and double espresso. The pictures I included are from a couple weeks ago but today I wish i took a picture before I gave it back and asked the young man to fix it. It was less than half a cup of hot milk/coffee and most of the cup was froth. By fixing it he topped it off with cold milk and sent me on my way. I refuse to continue going to this location because it is absurd the service and the lack of general knowledge (training) of what differentiates the drinks is almost infuriating at this point.
