Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Parma

Received a pizza that was supposed to be well done with garlic crust and received neither. When I called and informed them of the issue, I was told because I ate half of one piece they wouldn't replace my order (I'm not sure how I was supposed to find out the garlic crust was not there till I ate some of it, they claim you can see it, which I never have, despite ordering it several times). Not the first time instructions have not been followed at this location. Offered a discount on next visit (no, I'd rather have this one correct), or told me I could bring it back and they could stick it in the oven more which still doesn't solve the incorrectly made pizza issue. I have never had a worse pizza experience than jets pizza. During this time they are not giving out change okay thats fine but. YOU SHOULSD TELL PEOPLE THAT BEFORE THEY PAY!!!! Don't let people come in with cash. Or say hey bring exact cash we dont give out change. I don't understand, why would you allow modifications if your going to ignore them? I am so sick of paying for this and not getting even close to what I've ordered. What is so hard about light cheese? That should save you a tiny bit of money but let's just throw extra cheese on instead of light. Then I pay for extra peperoni and get about 2 pieces per slice.
