This place is a joke. Good food, but Customer Service and Management need major help. Went tonight ordered large order for family. Asked for ketchup, BBQ for nuggets and 4 Ranch (which you have to pay for). Got all the way home and we were missing the BBQ and the Ranch. Had a bag filled with ketchup and salt though. Receipt had 4 ranches charged totalling to $2.40. We went on to eat our meal and my husband said he would call and let them know to see if we can get a credit. When we were done eating he called and a woman answered took his info and said we would have a credit of 2.40 next time we come. He hung up and we went on with our evening. Then the phone rang and it was a manager JOHN. He said the woman who answered the phone mistakenly gave us a credit and we can not have a credit because he knows they were in the bag because he packed the bag himself. I find this funny because when I was there a woman took our order. When waiting for our order I saw two guys run past my car with separate orders. They met in the middle of the parking lot rearranged bags then back tracked to my car to say here is your order. So you don’t know what car you are running to but you remember packing 4 ranches. I heard John arguing with my husband he said look in your car as maybe they fell out and then Johns next request was for us to come back up to get the ranch, but we were done eating. I grabbed the phone to tell him we won’t be back, I will fill out a survey and review and I can’t believe he had the nerve to call us about his company’s over charged ranch when he filled our bag will useless salt and an over abundance of ketchup that ended up in my trash. I hung up on him. My husband called back to speak to a manager only to find out it was this rude guy John. He asked for his Manage who is Kaylie and will be back on Tuesday. I don’t know if will waste time calling her, but here is your review Swanson’s. There are so many now so I would take a trip to another and avoid this one. I think I am just done with this place...

I cannot believe they were going to serve me food that has been sitting for.. One hour and a half.
Really? I had placed an online order. It was to be ready by 10:17p. I was there by 10:14p.
One "Head Server" came up to me and discussed my online order.
Nobody came to my car after that. I had my headlights on. By the end, I flickered them a couple of times. No help.
At 12:15.. another Server came out and gave me my order. I asked, "Is it fresh?" to which he responded, "It's still warm." I asked what time it showed and he pulled the ticket out.
The time they finished the order was 11.00p. They were fine with giving me the food even after it had been almost an hour since it was made fresh. Food goes bad after two hours. I sent it back.
Why couldn't someone tell me there was a wait? Why was my food sitting there? Why was it so difficult to get any information? My phone died and I lost track of time.
I am now at Brookpark Rd, Swensons at about 12.40p. We will see. So far nice. No mention about wait times. She made sure to tell me to turn my headlights off. I wasn't told any of that on Broadview Rd.
I need help. I want my $10 back. I want my gas and time back. I spent two hours without help and drove again to Brookpark, Rd. They were good. She was good. Food was fast. Broadview Road, I was about to be giving hour old food and no details about anything. Other reviews show they also get cold food sometimes. Wasted a lot of my time. :(

Don’t bring me a large cup that is already filled to the brim with pop and an ice cream bowl that is also filled for me to figure out how to build a float inside a car where, I feel it needs to be reminded, that most cars do not have a flat surface inside to be pouring liquids all willy-nilly. There are so many accessibility reasons why I’m distraught. We shouldn’t have to be crouching down in the parking lot to use the ground as a table. It doesn’t help that the burgers brought out were for someone else’s order. The lady who had taken our order vanished and never returned so we had to wave down a different person (Gabe, who deserves a 5 star rating for helping out when he was working the other side of the parking lot). It took about 30 minutes for the correct burgers to come out to us, and sadly they weren’t hot and buns were burnt…. Normally we come here after the sun has set and never have any problems… I’m mostly upset out the float thing because that is an upper management decision and the only way there will be any change is me leaving this lengthy 1-star review. I think about if my parents would of been in my shoes and would be disgusted if this had happened to them. My partner and I are young and understand that food comes out wrong once in a while but both of us were very confused when there was a bowl of ice cream neither of us ordered only to discover a “build your own”...
