Should be -5. Worst experience ever! The staff at the register was the meanest person I have ever had in my life. She was so rude that my very kind husband even wanted to say something. I asked for manager and she threw my items over to the side and in front of me said I’m done with you. The manager instead of apologizing for the respect I should of been shown didn’t say she was sorry just said I will verify your items and make sure u have everything and made excuse of it is the holidays and they still forgot items. I spent $500 at the store and was treated like utter trash. I will never go there again and would not recommend anyone to go there unless you want to be helped by being insulted from the most uneducated trash. In future if I ever order from honey baked it will be from a different location and honey baked will always be a second choice behind heavenly ham. In the past month I have spent over $3,000 not only personal but for my employees....

I echo all the bad reviews for the Thanksgiving meal preorders. The reason we preordered our meal was because we are visiting from out of town and wanted to make sure we had our honey baked ham Co pecan pie and roasted turkey. We received an email notification that our order was ready for pick up…. Only to find out they were sold out. How could they be sold out if we preordered and notified it was ready? If we knew our order would not be fulfilled, we would have gone somewhere else, but now all the stores are closed and we don’t even have a Plan B. It’s my first time to meet my husband’s family and I’ve failed thanksgiving dinner. Thanks for nothing Honey Baked Ham Co of Parma. So disappointed and will Never return to your store.
