If you’re on the hunt for the perfect bagel, look no further than Bagel city!!! This gem has quickly become my go-to spot for breakfast and brunch, and here’s why. As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked bagels. The shop has a cozy, laid-back vibe with rustic decor and comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal or grabbing a quick bite to go.
Now, let’s talk about the star of the show—the bagels! They are nothing short of exceptional. Each bagel is boiled and baked to perfection, resulting in that ideal chewy texture and a golden-brown crust. The selection is impressive, with classic flavors like everything, sesame, and plain, alongside unique options like jalapeño cheddar and blueberry. My personal favorite is the everything bagel; it’s loaded with seeds and has just the right amount of seasoning.
Toppings and Spreads: The spread selection is equally impressive. From rich, creamy cream cheeses (try the chive; it’s divine!) to vegan options and innovative flavors like sun-dried tomato, there’s something for everyone. They also offer a range of delicious toppings, from fresh veggies to smoked salmon, allowing for endless customization.
The staff at Bagel city is friendly and efficient. They’re always ready with recommendations and take the time to ensure your order is just right. The service is quick, making it an ideal spot for those on a tight schedule.
Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the generous portion sizes. You definitely get your money’s worth here!
Overall, Bagel city is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates a good bagel. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make sure to stop by for a delicious start to your day. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their offerings!
Highly recommended...
Read moreTL;DR Save yourself the money, frustration, and calories, and go literally anywhere else for a decent bagel. This place is absolute trash!
From the poor customer service to the stale cookies and bagels, I would rate this a 0 stars if I could.
I ordered two bagels and they made both bagels wrong. How do you make a toasted blueberry bagel wrong you might ask? They scooped half of it out of the inside and slathered what was left in butter. WHY?! It was so simple, just toast the bagel and put it in the bag.
Such a simple order, such poor execution. And unfortunately for me, I took it to go eat back at my house before I left for work.
When I called to let them know of their mistake they offered to remake the bagels, which would be nice if I lived closer. I live 15-20 minutes away and going back would have made me late for my first appointment.
I asked for a refund for the two mistake bagels since I was already home, but they refused and said it’s against their policy to offer refunds.
Everyone makes mistakes, but maybe their policy should be not to make mistakes, so this doesn’t happen to customers in the future?
If that sounds silly, it’s because their policy is silly. If you can’t offer a reasonable solution to fix your mistakes and make it right for your customers, you don’t deserve to be managing a business or serving...
Read moreWe are here visiting from FL and had a late morning...so we found this place heading out of the hotel & decided to give it a try. Very glad we stopped to eat here....the staff was very friendly & accommodating. The menu was very clear & easy to understand. They had a huge variety of muffins...they looked delicious. We decides on breakfast sandwiches & even tbough it was already way past "breakfast", they had that option available👍. My husband ordered a plain toasted (you must ask if you want it toasted) bagel with chicken & egg sandwich & I ordered a toasted wheat bagel with ham, egg, & cheese....both were perfectly delicious! We also ordered two plain croissants, toasted... I did not get to eat mine since I was so full from my yummy bagel sandwich but my husband did & said it was very good. We order two coffees which is basically self serve... they had a good variety of coffees, even cold brew and I believe in organic versions. I do recommend the French vanilla roast version, it was very good. Our table was a little dirty but they came right away to clean it up. All in all we had a lovely meal, the atmosphere was pleasant and we definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to grab a filling and delicious bite to eat in the morning/afternoon. We absolutely will come back the next time we...
