New management is extremely unprofessional. No wonder this place is empty. They are rude and obnoxious. the young lady with the glasses was touching her hair and her face continuously while serving pizza slices and then had the nerve to tell me "I am the owner honey!!!" Wow.

Update.... I did not feel I had that type of experience. I had that experience. That was a direct quote... when I was treated rudely and said someone should tell the owner that you are unsanitary and rude. The woman said "GOOD LUCK with that one. I AM THE OWNER HONEY." We are regular customers for more than 20 years and I need to express how happy we were to walk in and be greeted by such a lovely young woman. Normally we have to seat ourselves and wait for the waiters. Who we love to bring us a menu. It was lovely to be walk in and have the door opened for us and be greeted with a smile if they do have a greeter they are normally grumpy and on their phone. She was so kind she even helped wrap my husband's leftovers and fill our water and clear our table. It was a very busy night and they seemed short staffed. The food was as it always is. Skip was as charming as always. But it's the little details that matter. Service with a smile. A friendly hello and a genuine goodnight. It was one of the nicest evenings we had there in a long time. First time ordering from here last night. Unfortunately, my experience was not the greatest. It started with placing my order which the woman answering the phone seemed to have been quite bothered by my call. When my husband went to pick it up (was told 30-40 minutes), he waited another 15 minutes to get the food. Which was cold so it obviously was ready but for some reason she couldn’t find it. He then went to pay as we had a Groupon, this too was extremely inconvenient since she rolled her eyes and grunted. First and last time we will visit. Not at all like Il Villagios .
