I am very disappointed in the service and quality my wife and I received. I had purchased a simulated birthstone ring for my wife for her 60th birthday and it was a problem from day one. The stone was never seated properly and was loose to the degree that my wife was afraid to wear it in fear of losing the stone. That remained the case even though we had taken it back to be corrected on more than one occasion. And then, less than 6 months after our purchase the stone developed a crack and part chipped off. When we returned our last time to J&J, we were treated horribly and were told, what do you expect from a glass stone. It makes me wonder if we actually received what we thought we were paying for. We will never purchase anything from this jewelry...

Based on reading reviews my husband came here to have help purchasing a custom ring... unfortunately our experience was disappointing to say the least. While it was not a pricey ring, it was what we could afford and it was important to me...a 60th birthday simulated birthstone. The ring stone was never properly set (IMO however I have never had a stone wobble in the settings). After limited wearing and owning it less than 6 months the simulated stone cracked We went there to calmly inquire what to do and were informed (without him even pausing to look at the ring) that "what did we expect from a $50 glass stone?". After visiting multiple jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring, I just by chance stumbled into the best guy I ever dealt with in Jimmy. Every other shop told us (me and my soon to be fiancé) what they thought we just wanted to hear to spend more money with them.
