Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Pasadena

We stood there for approximately 10 minutes employees walked by us multiple times not once did they acknowledged we were there. They continued to take drive-thru orders while we waited. We finally asked and they said it was only a few of them (3). Once they decided to help us this employee with purple hair (Bc her name was not visible) started slamming things as if we were an inconvenience to her and kinda upset we didn’t leave the establishment. She also asked the other people there to leave because she could only help 3 people at a time. Nothing on the door mentioned this at all. I experienced racism here at this establishment, because I didn’t speak Spanish, my order was “bumped off accidentally.” They then served the Spanish speaking with perfect customer service after me. Gave them their drinks BEFORE THEY EVEN PAID! What started this was when one of the workers spoke to me in Spanish. I was insulted! I’m like im not fluent in Spanish so I spoke in English, she rolled her eyes at me and started speaking in English. So, I just left Dunkin/ Baskin-Robbins and they're out of most of the flavors including 2 of my favorite flavors of vanilla and reeses peanut butter cups. They might as well shut down. I wanted to give this place zero stars but I gave the 1 star to the customer service because the lady that took care of me was very kind and sweet.
