KFC — Restaurant in Pasadena

Overpriced. According to one of their employees, this owner makes his own,deals and prices. I paid for an extra biscuit, didn't get it but was all the way across town, so not wasting my time to go back. If you pay $3 for a side mashed potatoes and gravy, you get one of the itty bitty portions that come in the box when all the other KFCs give you the normal small size. Also, if you're fast food and don't have chicken breasts cooked and make the customer wait in the drive thru parking lot 10 min while it cooks, what's the point?!? Typical cheap owner who only cares about their own profit, not quality or customers. Not going back again. So guess what? You lose $ for sure now...

Erenestine was great in greeting, taking, and fulfilling my order in a timely manner. Her positive demeanor really shows. I have had some "not so great" experiences at this location in the past, and that all changed today. I was so impressed with her great service, I asked to speak with a Manager. Very good and nice resturants, the people working there are very helpful, about any questions you might have for them. The stores are always kept very clean. An employee of the stores are constantly cleaning the tables and seats after each customer, or costomers finish eating and leave the business.
