First off a 3 piece chicken meal for $20 shook me. But I said hey, let me give it a try anyways. I almost walked out because they did not turn on their AC and it was close to triple digits this day 7/9/2024! I ordered anyways cause I wanted to taste myself if it's worth it. I got my answer!!! NOOOO DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE (NO AC AT 100°) AND IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY (OVER $20 FOR A 3 PIECE MEAL)!!! Is the chicken ok? Yeah. Is it worth $20? NOOOO I got coleslaw and beans. Food is good but the wait time is just ridiculous. If I call and place an order and you tell me it will be ready in 10 min, then it should be ready... This past Sunday I actually told the girl "we are actually going to be there in 30min, hope that's ok" she says yes and when we get there our food is not ready and we had to wait another 20 more min. What is the point of ordering over the phone if I still have to wait when I get there?? I could've asked for my money back but we were there already, we were tired and hungry... So we waited but I don't think we'll be going back, this is not the first time they do something...

The cashier was extremely helpful as I didn't rely know what I wanted. He made several suggestions and WE (lol) ended up deciding on the two pieces of non spice grilled chicken and I'm so glad I did. Really juicy and full of flavor. Nice char on the chicken and I like my food hot off the grill and this was hot off the grill. It took me 20 minutes to get to my eat spot and it was still hot. I got beans and rice as sides and I couldn't decide on which salsa so the lady gave me all of them and said here try them all and pick next time. WOW that's customer service.
