La Regia Ice Cream — Restaurant in Pasadena

We loved this place, from when we came the first time two years ago. We are from dallas and visit family here. Well I'm highly upset with my visit this time. The young lady that's the manager has no Communication skills and she needs to not argue with customers. We found a roach in our corn and she wouldn't come out to talk to us until she heard us talking about it to our family. She told us it was mosquito that fell into it on the other side of the wall.
