02/11/2025 Rick was helpful. He answered questions I had, explaining in detail what screens were and what the quality was. Staff was cordial. Repair was made in a timely manner, was ready to pick up the next day!

02/22/2025 Whoever did the actual repair didn't do it well. The entire backside of my phone fell off this morning. I called Rick, and he said he could take a look at it but noted I'd have to pay if there was any damage. I paid $230 to fix the phones screen. It was fixed, but because the back fell off, this caused the phones screen to become damaged again. The back of my phone had never popped off pre-repair. When I explained what happened, he stated, "The warranty is not insurance." Be mindful, make sure you triple check and verify what you're paying for and what is covered. Warranty means nothing for damage post repair. Rick re-sealed the back of the phone (warranty covered) within 10 minutes , and I was on my way. 👍🏽

02/24/2025 My phone screen is malfunctioning, and I've been unable to use biometrics on my phone as well as my camera. I informed Rick, he's been more than cooperative working with me on rectifying the malfunctions. Even went as far as to offer me a loaner phone/loaner screen as I wait while he diagnoses the screen I paid for. Very professional! Oustanding...

After noticing my Samsung Galalaxy s10+ failing to charge, I performed a quick google search. Alpha & Omega Electronics was on top of the list (and for a good reason) so I gave them a call. After going over a list of possible reasons for the malfunction through the phone, I decided I would take it in. I was greeted with a smile and attended immediately. After the gentleman behind the counter looked over my phone for a minute or two, he immediately diagnosed that my phone was due for a cleaning. Service was started and finished in a little under 45 minutes. In an effort to support the business further, I purchased a screen protector and it was installed for free.

While other repair shops would have charged me a diagnostic fee, along with a longer labor time and extra costs, Alpha & Omega Electronics focuses on getting your device in working conditions on the spot.

Alpha & Omega Electronics gave great service to replace the headphone jack on my iPhone 6s. I talked with them via Facebook messenger and they explained everything and then re-explained it when I went in. Their prices were much more affordable than other places I looked for the repair I needed.
