Skyview at the Palm Grill Pasadena — Restaurant in Pasadena

OMG... I had the grilled shrimp, my son had the margarita pizza and my grandma had the wings. everything tasted absolutely amazing. I ordered more shrimp to go. they were having Karaoke night and it was fun listening to everyone on the other side. I have to come back here again next time I'm in Pasadena. The shrimp is a good size and it's soooo tasty, they way they were prepared reminded of prawns in South Africa. the wings were also tasty and not tiny with lots of breading. Been meaning to try this place out. They had little signs advertising the restaurant on the side of the Quality Inn that the restaurant resides in. I happened to show up right at open, so it was pretty quiet. Tried a brisket hoagie w/fries and everything came out quick and tasted good. Also, I originally ordered the portabella burger, but the waitress said they are about to change the menu and that item wasn't available anymore. I hope they don't raise the prices because they're doing a good job 😹. I never had any issues here. It's exactly what you think it should be. It's a hotel restaurant. Now, really the view of Pasadena is amazing on the top floor. You'd have to be from Pasadena to appreciate it deeply. Ironically, the people who would appreciate it the most probably have never seen it because it's the view from the hotel restaurant in the city 😹. I was there couple months ago I think.
